The firm supports high-volume caseloads through structured pre-litigation processes, cross-functional collaboration, and client-focused service delivery. Position Summary The Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant supports pre-litigation case development by assisting Case Managers with administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks. This role plays a critical function in ensuring claims progress efficiently and accurately toward demand preparation. Key Responsibilities Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medi-Cal or CARE programs Request and track police reports and medical records Schedule medical appointments and coordinate client transportation Verify provider balances and lien-related information Prepare and organize files for submission to demand writers Maintain accurate and timely updates within internal case management systems Required Qualifications Ability to manage a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute Comfort working onsite in a structured office environment Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish proficiency Prior personal injury or legal support experience Experience with Litify or Salesforce platforms
