Job Title: Insurance Sales Producer Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Base plus commission - OTE $72K Incentives: Sales

potential. Job Overview As an Insurance Sales Producer with Farmers
Insurance Group, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business
growth while helping clients protect what matters most. This

sales and client service. Responsibilities Drive and grow new
business revenue through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Contact potential clients via cold calls, email, and direct mail to
assess insurance needs. Explain insurance policy options clearly so
clients can make informed purchasing decisions. Assist clients with
policy applications, underwriting approvals, and renewals.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim processes and
status updates. Deliver policy proceeds after claims are approved.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client
satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of
experience in sales, account management, business development, or
marketing preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
revenue goals. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a
reward-driven environment. Property & Casualty (P&C) license
preferred, but not required — we’ll assist the right candidate in
obtaining their license. Strong communication, presentation, and
organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
