Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and coordinate
with IT teams
Implement changes and maintain project documentation for ServiceNow
initiatives
Mentor junior staff and identify opportunities for system
optimization and improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
Eight to ten years of relevant work experience in healthcare or
technology is required
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and SPM is
preferred
Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
is required
Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows is necessary
