Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst II to
manage billing, follow-up, and issue resolution for patient
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data and develop reports to identify trends in
charge/coding capture and recommend enhancements
Monitor revenue integrity activities and ensure compliance with
regulations and payer guidelines
Assist in training and onboarding new associates while overseeing
productivity and work assignments
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field or two years of
relevant experience
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within
three months of hire
One additional certification as a coder through AAPC, AHIMA, or
HFMA
Three years of direct experience in revenue cycle operations in an
acute and medical office
Bachelor's Degree and proficiency in EPIC are preferred
