Key Responsibilities
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
processes
Analyze actuals, metrics, trends, and forecasts compared to prior
periods
Drive proactive initiatives to improve financial processes and
optimize the OCI P&L
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of corporate finance experience;
MBA highly preferred
Proven success as a key member of a team delivering work products
across different functional areas
Ability to navigate and thrive in a highly matrixed
organization
Record of building trust and credibility across key
stakeholders
Passion for increasing efficiency, standardization, and automation
in financial processes
