Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to assist in
monitoring, analyzing, and resolving data platform and
infrastructure-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and management regarding production events
and escalate issues as needed
Act as a liaison between data operations, development, and
management to troubleshoot application-related issues
Document Production Support processes and improve the knowledge
base for future reference
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or a
related field preferred
0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level
applications in multi-node environments
Knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring
tools
0-1 year of experience with SQL, Oracle, and scripting languages
such as PowerShell or Bash
Project management experience preferred
