The role is primarily responsible for driving technology and process improvement for our Ad Sales stakeholders through the Salesforce tech stack and related ecosystem. This role requires analytical, functional, and technical skills, along with best practice knowledge for using technologies to provide positive business outcomes. This position is located at our offices in Santa Monica or New York City and will report to the Sr. Manager, Salesforce Platform.For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $104,000 - $112,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.What you'll be doing

• Work with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, elicit requirements and design Salesforce solutions that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience, and drive system adoption.
• Complete gap analysis for as-is and to-be processes; translating into functional and technical specifications.
• Leverage standard Salesforce functionality and custom development to solve complex business requirements.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements.
• Responsible for quality assurance, ensuring accurate testing cycles with Engineering and business partners.
• Ownership of the enhancement backlog, partnering with stakeholders to jointly prioritize initiatives.
• Support change management initiatives related to new feature releases including documentation and training.
• As needed, provide help desk support to support business-as-usual (e.g. bugs, configuration, etc.)
• Maintain familiarity with upstream/downstream integrations and their impact on feature enhancements.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage updates applicable to organizational requirements.
• Identify, document, communicate and enforce standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
• Create and run onboarding training sessions with stakeholders.
• Create operational excellence through best practice sharing and process consistency across all users.
• Serve as an agent of change and drive effective communication to all business stakeholders.
• Balance the service elements of the role with the broader needs of Roku's business.We're excited if you have
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience with the platform.
  • Or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst in the Ad Sales space.
  • Able to document, visualize, analyze, communicate and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with agile management methodologies.
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and develop risk management plans.
  • Role is based in Santa Monica or New York, must be on-site 3 days a week.Preferred Skills
    • Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder and Advanced Admin Certifications.
    • Knowledge of Pardot or other Marketing Automation Tools.
