Due to increased demand international leader is conducting candidate search for Production Supervisor which is critical to manufacturing operations! This multi-billion dollar name recognizable food and beverage manufacturing organization has accounts with Del Taco, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and KFC, doubled in sales in the last decade, rated in the top 100 companies to work for. Position is based in the West Covina area with salary +/-$88k plus bonus and benefit package. The candidate will supervise the day-to-day activities of production lines to ensure operations and compliance of regulatory agency standards for food & beverage packaging. Bachelor or AA degree is a plus and candidate should have several years of experience in the food and beverage or other related manufacturing industries. In this highly visible role the candidate will: *Supervises the daily activities of assigned staff, providing instructions and performance feedback to ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met or exceeded. *Identifies and resolves process and equipment problems, using available resources to maintain productivity and quality. * Implements approaches to improve quality and productivity by developing new ideas, improving processes, and planning for upcoming equipment or process changes. *Routinely informs and communicates with employees to promote smooth operations, enhance their understanding of policies and objectives, and to ensure compliance with established production policies and procedures.
