Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to
manage patient enrollments in chronic care management and remote
patient monitoring programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients to explain program benefits and
enroll them in care management programs
Ensure a seamless enrollment process for prospective patients
Manage a high open caseload and provide exceptional customer
service throughout the enrollment process
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Experience in enrollment or medical sales is preferred
High computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple
systems
Engaging personality with a strong desire to connect with
patients
Flexibility to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities
