Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Payer Liaison to
facilitate communication between Revenue Cycle Operations and
various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workgroups with Payers and maintain relationships, project
plans, and issue resolution negotiations
Prepare and present information for cross-functional team meetings
and coordinate implementation activities for new Payer
contracts
Monitor Payer policy changes and contribute to process improvement
initiatives within Revenue Cycle Operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Healthcare Management, Finance, or
related field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
3-5 years of Healthcare Billing/Revenue Cycle Management experience
required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
Familiarity with Epic system functionality is preferred
Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows related to physician-based
processes
