Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to
optimize partner program effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the partner journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring
access to necessary resources
Administer partner agreements, including contract management and
compliance documentation
Monitor partner performance against KPIs and provide regular
reports to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in partner operations, channel management, or a
similar role in the technology or training industry
Proficiency in contract management and legal compliance
Familiarity with partner management software, such as
Salesforce.com
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from
data
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience)
