Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Administrative
Assistant to streamline the onboarding process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Enter new client information in the company database and set up
client accounts
Review sales calls, take notes, and enter them into the
database
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to
ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in client onboarding, account setup, or client success
roles
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and related software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
