Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integration Lead to join their
Integrations + Risk team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and define the integration strategy, including goals,
scope, timeline, and budget
Manage the integration governance model and ensure collaboration
among stakeholders
Oversee all phases of the integration process, including data
migration, process harmonization, and change management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate
development, or strategic project execution
Experience with multiple M&A transactions and leading
cross-functional processes
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Smartsheet, or Monday.com for
managing workflows
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to
problem-solving
Background in both advisory and in-house roles is preferred
