Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full Time Staff Associate to lead
ministry at Boerne Champion High School.
Key Responsibilities
Lead spiritual development and maintain relationships within the
Young Life community
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders while developing a
yearly ministry strategy
Engage in direct ministry activities and manage fundraising
events
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in direct ministry
Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
College degree preferred
Completion of core training phases within the first two years
Ability to maintain confidentiality
