Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and editing user-friendly mortgage servicing content
across multiple platforms on deadline
Maintaining a consistent tone of voice for servicing in all
content
Collaborating with partners to ensure content compliance with
regulations and guidelines
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent work
experience
3-5 years of experience in a consumer-facing mortgage servicing
role or 5+ years in a consumer content role
Portfolio of past written communications
Understanding of UI/UX design principles
Advanced PC system skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft
product suite
