Document issues in Salesforce and provide resolutions to ensure
client success
Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of
experience
Ability to type greater than 35 wpm
Reliable internet service provider (ISP)
Passion for technology and helping people
Ability to learn new software and adapt to changes in
technology
