Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate - Spanish
- (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support English and Spanish customer interactions and troubleshoot
issues
Educate and counsel customers on procedures to enable
self-sufficient system usage
Document and manage cases while meeting productivity goals and
adhering to schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent business
experience required
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and
Spanish
1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software
configurations
Effective organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented
position
