Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist
(Collector) for a hybrid in-office/remote evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized service to resolve past due loan balances and
collect payments
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines while documenting
collection information accurately
Consult with members regarding delinquency and negotiate repayment
options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of experience in collection, loss mitigation, loan
servicing, or customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,
Excel)
Exceptional negotiation skills
Familiarity with lending-related terminology and processes
