Recovery Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist to join their Yield Management team.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare collection letters and ensure they are sent to providers within established guidelines
Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers and verifying claim statuses
Investigate claim disputes and provide accurate information and documentation to facilitate recovery

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience required
Billing or coding experience preferred
Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
