Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality & Improvement Specialist (Biz
Ops Specialist) to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance audits and communicate results to
management
Identify process gaps and collaborate with internal teams to
propose solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert for client offboarding and
internal support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
Experience in Quality Assurance related to business operations or
client benefits administration services
Benefit Administration experience, particularly with COBRA,
verification services, or compliance
Proven intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word,
including experience with pivot tables and nested functions
Experience in process documentation and training others using that
documentation is a plus
