      • Greet and check in all members
      • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
      • Handle correspondence
      • Set up new memberships, sell retail products
      • Sell personal training packages
      • Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
      • Conduct guest tours
      • Perform outreach
      • Assist with clubs daily maintenance
      • Other tasks as assigned by management There are some MUST HAVES:
        • Current CPR Certification is required
        • Excellent customer service skills
        • Effective communication
