A game development company is filling a position for a Remote
Game Development Associate Combat Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Creating the content and systems that players interact with in the
game
Building the stories, events, quests, creatures, and worlds that
the players experience
Collaborating across disciplines with other developers who bring
their creativity and expertise to work every day
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Basic understanding of game design fundamentals and games
Familiar with game balance, player skills, and build
optimization
Familiar with giving and receiving constructive feedback
Ability to translate designs from ideas to final implementation in
the game
Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of different
discipline
