Leading International Freight Forwarder seeking an Import Export
Air & Ocean Coordinator responsible for monitoring port to port
international cargo at their brand new facility. The company will
promise you stability and professional growth. If you are an
experienced professional in freight forwarding operations and enjoy
a family oriented work environment, this job is for you. Job Duties
for Air & Ocean Export Import Coordinator: Communicate with
customers & vendors to coordinate high volume ocean and air import
and export shipment Record and monitor shipping details on company
system Schedule daily cargo pickup & delivery Act as a liaison by
providing assistance to sales representatives and customers
Generating shipping documentations such as Ocean BL, Airway Bills,
other export / import documentations & commercial invoices
Requirements for Air & Ocean Export Import Coordinator : 1 - 3
years of exporting experience Capable of using Microsoft Word &
Excel Oral and written Japanese at a professional level is a plus
but not required Any other Asian language is a plus Benefits for
