well as onsite in one of our Mountain View, Los Angeles, or Austin
offices. Overview This role is focused on the compliance needs of
small businesses. Our customers rely on our recurring service to
keep their businesses and nonprofits compliant, and your goal is to
deliver on that promise. Your role will be to expand the current
product offerings, deliver more value for existing customers, and
understand the key compliance moments so LegalZoom and partner
products are relevant and timely to customer needs. The goals for
this role will be focused on new acquisition, onboarding,
retention, and expanded value as we grow to serve existing small
businesses. This is a high-growth area of LegalZoom, and we require
a cross-functional leader to rally the team, be data-driven, and be
deeply grounded in the customer problem. You will Take a hands-on
approach to leadership of your projects. You’ll own planning and
end-to-end execution of features and programs, working with
cross-functional partners. You’ll define the roadmap and inspire
the team to execute. Focus on improving customer satisfaction,
thereby enabling a long-term relationship with LegalZoom beyond the
point of formation. Be intimately connected with, and a champion
for, our customers. Possess a "learn fast, fail fast"
mindset—identify, then focus on the key opportunities. You’ll
understand risk, and recognize when to ship fast and iterate from
there. Leverage data and insights to drive quality customer
experiences and business outcomes. Understand your funnel, diagnose
problems, and lead brainstorming sessions for solutions. You have
2–4 years of product management experience at a technology company,
ideally focused on subscription products for small business or
consumer companies. Meaningfully grown a product in a thoughtful,
strategic way, including understanding product retention and
go-to-market moments. Proven ability to define customer needs
through interviews and data, and translate those insights into
measurable product improvements. A data-driven mindset, with the
ability to interpret data in-context and model changes. You make
the recommendation and act on it, with proven experience utilizing
metrics and insights as tools for informed decision-making.
Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, with the ability
to adapt your style as you work with others up, down, and alongside
you in the organization. A bias toward action and a track record of
delivering value quickly, then improving through feedback and
insight. AI literacy and an eagerness to embrace it for your own
work and for building customer-facing products. Bonus You have
started a small business in the past or you are deeply familiar
with the compliance needs of a small business. You have a passion
for entrepreneurship on mainstreet and seeing helping that customer
succeed. The salary range for this role is ($105,300-$168,500 ) .
Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors
including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience,
education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational
needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or
restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation
