Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Manager to
support the technical enablement of their Revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and run the sales engineer onboarding program and technical
onboarding for other roles
Partner with revenue leadership to identify skill gaps and develop
training programs
Create and maintain technical sales enablement resources, including
training materials and content libraries
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the software/technical industry,
preferably in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering
Experience developing enablement content in various formats such as
presentations and eLearning
Proven track record in program management and training delivery for
technical audiences
Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage
multiple tasks
Experience managing a Learning Management System
