A company is looking for an Agile Transformation Lead to drive
operational excellence within its product organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead an agile transformation function to enhance
consistency and efficiency across product teams
Standardize tools, processes, and practices, and implement
effective portfolio management
Design and implement product metrics and KPIs to track development
progress and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of product or operations-related experience
Experience in enterprise software, particularly in communications
or cloud solutions
Strong expertise in agile frameworks and tools
Proven track record of leading agile transformation and operational
improvements
