Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team
culture
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified technical candidates
through various sourcing methods
Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the
recruitment process
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
or tech organizations
Proven expertise in sourcing and assessing technical talent
Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Familiarity with equitable and inclusive hiring practices
Experience working in distributed or remote teams
