Job Description:

Allstate Sandoval Insurance is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Retention expert to join our growing team! This role requires excellent customer service skills, as this person picks up right where the salesperson leaves off. The chosen candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, as well as a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Answer and transfer incoming calls, emails and chat Make outbound customer service & retention calls Schedule appointments/follow ups Prepare documents and reports for calls with customers Promptly respond to customer inquiries Assist customers with paperwork completion Updating customers with market updates when applicable Adhere to compliance checklists Qualifications: At least one year of customer service experience At least one year of sales experience Be personable and customer service-oriented Calm demeanor; able to handle pressure with ease Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Previous sales experience a plus Ability to multitask Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with SalesForce a plus Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time. Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
