Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join
our team as a 1099 independent contractor . This role offers a
flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely (telehealth)
and/or provide in-home visits. The PT will play a key role in
patient evaluations, plan of care development, and supervision of
Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure high-quality and
compliant care delivery. Key Responsibilities Perform initial
evaluations and re-evaluations • Develop and sign individualized
Plans of Care (POC) • Provide therapy services via telehealth
and/or in-home visits • Supervise and collaborate with Physical
Therapist Assistants (PTAs) • Delegate treatments and monitor
patient progress • Ensure all documentation meets compliance and
billing standards • Participate in care coordination for insurance
and personal injury (PI) cases Qualifications • Active California
Physical Therapist license in good standing (required) • Must have
an Individual NPI (Type 1) or be willing to obtain one prior to
start • Must be eligible for and/or willing to complete insurance
credentialing (Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial payers) • Strong
clinical reasoning and communication skills • Ability to work
independently and manage a flexible schedule • Experience in
orthopedic, neurological (stroke, Parkinson’s), or personal injury
rehab preferred • Experience supervising PTAs preferred •
Willingness to perform evaluations, establish Plans of Care, and
supervise PTA treatments (required for compliance) • Experience or
certification in wound care is a plus, but not required Position
Details • Flexible schedule (Part-time, Full-time, or Per Diem) •
Hybrid model: Remote (tele-health) In-home visits • Treatment
sessions: Approximately 30 minutes • Independent contractor role
(1099) Compensation • $50 per visit – Telehealth sessions • $60 per
visit – In-home visits • Payment issued per completed and
documented session • Weekly payouts for consistent and timely
compensation • 1099 Independent Contractor role Support we Provide

(minimum $1M/$3M coverage) • Full billing and administrative
support provided (insurance and personal injury cases) • Claims
submission, follow-ups, and collections handled by our team •
