We are hiring a RN Operating Nurse to be an integral part of the
perioperative team, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing
care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position
requires expertise in both circulating and scrub roles, ensuring
that all aspects of the surgical environment are managed with
precision and care. The Operating Nurse will collaborate closely
with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to
ensure patient safety, comfort, and overall positive surgical
outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical
judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to
patient-centered care. Requirements Current and unrestricted RN
license in the state of practice. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider
BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. NNR for employees in
L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days
from date of hire; Other - within 180 days of completion of
clinical orientation) 5 years' Experience within specialty. 3 years
Management experience. Minimum of 5 to 7years of experience in an
operating room or surgical environment. Proficient in both
circulating and scrubbing techniques in various surgical
specialties. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile
techniques, and patient safety protocols. Excellent critical
thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively
under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with
patients, families, and surgical teams. BLS and ACLS certification
required; CNOR certification preferred. Ability to be on-call for
emergencies and work flexible hours as needed. Commitment to
ongoing professional development and education. Do you have 5 years

experience in Nurse Leadership positions (Charge RN, Supervisor,
