Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Perinatal Directors, the Perinatal Clinical Coordinator RN is the clinical leader for the program or specialty area of nursing practice and has clinical expertise in a focus area, evidence-based practice, collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring and change management. This role serves as a change agent for bedside nursing practice and utilizes evidence to develop, teach, guide and implement practice standards and policies. The Perinatal Clinical Coordinator RN collaborates with all members of health care team to design, implement and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies and contributes to the advancement to the practice of nursing at the unit, health system, local, state and/or national and international level.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

5 years nursing - related area.

Minimum License Requirement :

Current California RN license. BCLS required. ACLS and NRP required within 6 months of hire/transfer. Current Driver's License preferred. Annual 1 hour of stroke education required for those working at QVH.

Pay Range:
$48.33 - $69.11
