Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee
accounting staff and manage financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly financial close process ensuring timely and
accurate completion of all tasks
Supervise accounting staff and assist in their professional
development
Provide guidance for the implementation and maintenance of an
internal control framework
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations;
not-for-profit and international experience preferred
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA, CA, or similar professional certification
required
Thorough knowledge of financial accounting standards and
procedures
Experience as a team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal
skills
Oracle NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting tool experience
a plus
