Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Case Management Processor who
must reside in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Case
Management team
Assist in the initial review of assigned case levels and implement
care plans under the direction of the Case Manager
Coordinate member visits and required services in accordance with
member benefit plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years' experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare
Associate degree preferred
3+ years' experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare preferred, with Medical Assistant experience being a
plus
