Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee large
scale home improvement projects and manage client relationships
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads from homeowners and consult on their
projects to secure business
Coordinate a high volume of home improvement projects, including
client outreach, scheduling, and invoicing
Cultivate a pipeline of business and develop strategies for
long-term success while managing existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success, sales, or account management
Ability to sell projects and reach customers via phone, email, and
text
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
Eagerness to learn and grow in the role
Familiarity with home services or real estate is a plus but not
required
