Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate
Development to manage strategic finance activities and support
business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships,
acquisitions, and investments
Lead financial and operational due diligence, developing financial
forecast models and business cases
Manage cross-functional efforts and post-deal integration for
business development deals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research,
corporate development, or corporate finance
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related quantitative
field preferred
Advanced financial modeling skills with strong attention to
detail
Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
effectively
