Motions, and Methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global GTM enablement strategy aligned with
business priorities and customer success goals
Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that
enhance seller confidence and drive customer value
Design scalable learning experiences and partner cross-functionally
to optimize enablement platforms and tools
Required Qualifications
10+ years in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or learning leadership
roles within SaaS or enterprise technology
5+ years leading global enablement organizations with success in
scaling teams and programs
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Education,
Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields
Proven ability to lead multiple high-performing teams and foster a
culture of continuous learning
Deep program and portfolio management experience overseeing complex
initiatives across teams and geographies
