A company is looking for a VP, Transaction Management.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for secondary
mortgage marketing activities
Manage relationships with counterparties, including buyers,
sellers, and servicers
Conduct compliance research on loan-level and
securitization-related regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
2-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal
department
Experience in mortgage finance, securitization, or structured
finance preferred
Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills
Business acumen and knowledge of the intersection of law and
finance
