Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Development Manager to oversee
multiple development squads and drive engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and grow development squads while overseeing
performance and career development
Maintain coding standards and provide technical guidance on
software development practices
Implement Agile methodologies and partner with QA teams to ensure
high-quality releases
Required Qualifications
5+ years of management or leadership experience in a software
development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
Strong background in .NET Framework/Core development and Java
Experience with React/Angular, SQL databases, and AWS cloud
services
Proven ability to implement Agile processes and work with Azure
DevOps or similar tools
