Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning &
Analysis (FP&A) for its Software Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for
the SaaS business unit
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic
decision-making
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to
drive business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA
or CPA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial
planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership
role
Understanding of revenue recognition in a SaaS environment and
industry KPIs
Proficiency in creating detailed budgets and forecasts that align
with strategic goals
Advanced skills in building and maintaining financial models to
simulate various business scenarios
