Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analytics Manager - SQL
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and release of new functionality in the
Analytics system
Oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely
completion and communication with stakeholders
Lead and mentor the Analytics team, providing guidance on system
analysis, design, and development
Required Qualifications
10 years of software development leadership experience, with at
least 3 years in project management
4 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2019 or newer
preferred)
Experience in creating reports and predictive analytics,
particularly in health care claims analytics
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or
equivalent
Knowledge of data mapping, extraction, and business requirements
gathering
