product implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and lead a team of software Implementation
Engineers
Oversee the execution of user engagement best practices to drive
product utilization
Develop and implement scalable delivery frameworks to align
strategic objectives with tactical execution
Required Qualifications
Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum of five years of experience in customer success, public
sector consulting, or SaaS
Minimum of two years of people management experience
Strong SQL and Python skills
