Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Provider Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Provider Relations functions and daily operations of the
department
Develop standards and resources for strategic provider network
development and partnerships
Build and implement provider communication, training, and education
programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in provider services or
contract network development
7+ years of experience in servicing healthcare providers with
Medicaid and/or Medicare products
7+ years of experience in managed healthcare administration
2+ years in a leadership position managing employees
Experience with managed healthcare provider compensation
methodologies
