Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Director - Public Relations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships while overseeing project planning and execution
Lead business development efforts and identify opportunities for account growth
Supervise and mentor junior staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a health/science-related field
7+ years of experience in healthcare communications agency
2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
Demonstrated experience in managing resources and budgets effectively
Understanding of current domestic and global health issues
