A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, leading
planning and kickoff calls
Collaborate with technical counterparts to develop and execute
deployment project plans
Drive product adoption and analyze customer environments to
maximize value
Required Qualifications
8+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role focused
on cybersecurity technical teams
Consulting background is highly preferred
Strong grounding in project management, particularly in onboarding
and implementation
Proven ability to manage complex projects and challenging customer
situations
Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud and Privileged Access Management
(PAM)
