www.pharmaron.com. Job Overview: Pharmaron is seeking a dedicated
and skilled Facilities Technician II to join our growing team in
Carlsbad, CA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for
maintaining the essential building systems that support our
scientific research operations Key Responsibilities: Respond
promptly to all facility tickets, facilitating timely resolution.
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing,
mechanical, and other related systems in all site buildings.
Regularly inspect, operate, and maintain the site's HVAC systems to
ensure compliance with local and federal regulations for animal
facilities. Assist in renovations of existing facilities and other
projects. Maintain comprehensive repair records and other paperwork
in compliance with GMP/GLP, AAALAC, and USDA standards. Ensure
proper usage, maintenance, and storage of facilities tools and
supplies. May assist in the development of the departmental budget.
Perform any other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking
For: High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). 3-5
years of related experience in general building maintenance with a
mechanical and construction background. Certification/Licensure:
Current, valid motor vehicle operator's license required.
Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or
