Job Description:
As a Construction Project Engineer at you will play a vital role
in the successful execution of our projects. Youwill work with the
project manager to handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and more.

Carlsbad with a specialization in building and construction
commercial projects, including car dealerships. We pride ourselves

the construction project engineer you will: Assisting in the
overall project management, from pre-construction through project
closeout. Collaborating with the project team, including the
Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors, to ensure
project milestones are met. Preparing and reviewing project
documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality
control, and adherence to safety regulations. Coordinating with
suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials
and equipment. Assisting in the management of project budgets, cost
tracking, and change orders. Conducting thorough project
inspections and documenting deficiencies. Providing technical
support to the project team and resolving any construction-related
issues that may arise. Profile A minimum of 2 years of experience
in the construction industry as a construction project engineer
Familiarity with commercial construction practices and processes
(preferred but not required). A Bachelor's degree in Construction
Management or a related field (preferred but not required). Strong
organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in construction software and
tools, such as Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of
local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Job Offer
