Job Description:
Job Description Operates and maintains high-pressure,
manually-controlled and/or fully-automatic high-pressure steam
boilers. Responsibilities include: Regulating temperatures, draft
fans, and natural gas/fuel feeds. Controlling and maintaining
proper fire. Checking controls and servicing all automatic
equipment, pumps, injectors, emission control devices, monitors,
and accessories. Maintaining correct fuel and water treatment and
water levels. Recording and interpreting pressure, combustion, and
other gauges. Conducting functional checks of boilers during firing
and after major repairs. Operating chillers, air compressors, and
other devices as part of the central utility plant operations. This
team provides 24/7 support for plant operation. Candidates must
have completely open availability as shifts will depend on coverage
needed. Example of Possible Schedules: 4/10 Day or Night 5/40 Swing
or Night shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00
AM) 4/10 alternate schedule (Saturday - 12hrs, Sunday -12hrs,
Monday - 8hrs, Tuesday - 8hrs (AM or PM)) Qualifications: Must have
prior boiler operational experience. Must have prior chiller
operational experience. No degree required. Nesco Resource offers a
