Position Overview: You’ll be a key part of the on-site team, responsible for keeping the property in top condition. From completing work orders and unit turns to tackling repairs and preventive maintenance, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home. Key Responsibilities: Make-readies and apartment turns Routine and emergency work orders HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance (certification a plus!) Electrical and plumbing repairs Appliance troubleshooting and repairs Carpentry, drywall, painting Groundskeeping and snow removal (seasonal) Delivering exceptional customer service What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must have your own tools Authorized to work in the U.S. Great attitude and dependable work ethic Ready to Get Started?
