Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant to
help clients leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for enhanced
customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client-facing consultant for Salesforce
Marketing Cloud Engagement projects
Lead discovery sessions to gather and define business and technical
requirements
Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud features,
including customer journeys and automations
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a
consulting or agency environment
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Engagement
Proven ability to lead client meetings and translate business goals
into Marketing Cloud configurations
Experience configuring Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising
Studio
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is highly
preferred
