Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Marketing Data and
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing data and analytics
strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage addressable marketing campaigns and oversee A/B testing
initiatives for continuous improvement
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns,
providing actionable insights to enhance ROI
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Data Science, Business
Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, addressable and
digital campaign management, or data analysis
5+ years of experience managing a data analytics team to produce
measurable business results
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau,
Power BI, SQL) and CRM platforms
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
